Only they know what's best for people of color. It's a good ploy. It's been ingrained in them since Lyndon B's famous comment. They are the most racist fuckers on the planet because they are totally willing to subjugate blacks and other minorities to prove their own superiority. As proof, look at every fucking major US city that has been run by democrats forever now. There hasn't been a republican mayor in St. Louis in 50 or 60 years and the black community is significantly more fucked now than they have ever been. Keep them down, that way you can keep getting elected by offering them free shit. Not enough to actually live on, but just enough to keep them voting for you. It's the modern day equivalent of the reservation system with American Indians.

I actually think kids today are awesome. I have 2 high school age daughters, and they and their friends are highly informed about local and global issues, and are active citizens in the community. Far more than me and my stoner buddies were back in the day.
