Israeli Weapons and How to Boil Water at High Elevation

the only way you can prove me wrong is with a close up view of that weapon. If it's an m4 it will have a burst designation stamped on it. I have carried m16's and m4 smg's on duty for decades so I'm pretty familiar also. Apples and oranges...you can't prove me wrong...now you do you...
Well the civilian militias in Israel are not carrying semi autos. That I know from friends who are Israeli.

Which was my entire point in the first place was to point out the distinction between US civilian "AR" type weapons and military grade M16s and M4s. Technically speaking most of the "AR"s in civilian hands aren't ARs since they were not built by Colt ( not a US company any more incidentally) who own's the patent for Armalite.

I wasn't trying to be a dickhead. I was just trying to point out the difference for NYPWF.

then why have they ordered thousands of them from Colt? Or FN? Their production is limited, that's the main issue. IWI also builds other platforms as well.
I am a fan of IWI and own several of their weapons. Nevertheless I prefer the "AR" over the Galeil. IWI is now making some "AR"s by the way. The Zion and a couple others. I much prefer to build my own. I built a Wilson "Ranger" for less than half the cost of buying it from them. Though I did cheat and buy a Wilson manufactured complete upper.

Yeah I'm a fan of IWI also. My buddy has a Tavor and I hated it. I had to fight inserting and removing pmags on it. I'm not a bullpup guy apparently. Now I do want that shotgun they make....bad....

I have that shotgun and it is fucking awesome. 16 rounds in less than 8 seconds. Reload in less than 30 seconds. Holosun 510c on top.
I like bullpup shotguns. I also have a KSG25. 30" barrel but it's about the same length as a Mossberg pistol grip pump. Dual mag tubes, 12 rds each. Based on the Ithaca 37 action, so bottom eject, fully ambi.

I have no love for bullpup rifles though. IWI or otherwise.

It’s true but if I gave you a $100 and “sold” you a sandwich… they are American rifles. At least in this case.
See my earlier post and do the math for about 60 other countries around the globe brother.

And if they are Colt or FN, calling them American rifles kinda comes with a caveat.

It’s kind of a nice gig — take taxpayers money, give it away and then sell the recipient stuff from private businesses ? …it would much less corrupt if the US socialized the arms industry, banking industry, etc.

It's what congress does. They steal our money and then launder it back to themselves. Even before the war Ukraine was a huge cash cow for presidents, vice presidents and senators.

I do like IWI. I have a Tavor X95 and Uzi Pro.
IWI Tavor TS-12. Holosun 510c, MBUIS and BFG Vickers. Velcro on the side is for Esstac 7 rd. shotcards. Full compliment is 23.
