If you truly have issues with gluten / celiac stuff 2 things that work for me. 1] a daily suppliment for digestion called "Zypan"
It works.
and 2] my digestion got way better when we started buyin 5 gal bottles of filtered water from a company instead of drinking tap water.
Chlorine and other shit in tap water is not good with people & allergies.
