I guess they do them now, but for a long time they refused to do stainless frets.

Now they're just ugly, overpriced, and an undesirable bolt neck configuration without also being uniformly ill-equipped. These days just the vast majority of them are ill-equipped.

My 2. Both SE’s. Ash body, maple neck with a tele bridge pickup in one. The other is mahogany body and neck with spalted maple top. They definitely do a thing!

got to delve into my friend’s two new creations hot off the presses today

the 250 anni is super light weight and favors the heavier grind of the jose and steve stevens,
whereas the flame melonwater with pau ferro board has a sweeter clean and warmer lead tone.
it’s actually crazy how different every tyler i’ve ever plugged in sounds!

Some awesome guitars in this thread. I'm normally not into guitars with the American flag (not because I'm not a patriot. I just don't like how it looks on guitars. lol), but that stars and stripes schmear above is beautiful.

I also feel like over the past year and a half or so, I've been hearing about Tylers a lot more. I know they've been around for a long time, but they seem to be the latest boutique darling on the forums and youtube. I'm assuming it's because of the launch of the JTG line?

that 250 sss really looked way more 3D amazing in person and was instantly one of the most comfortable tylers i’ve ever laid hands on besides my own. noticeably light too but it also brought the fury!

i love the slinky flat fast necks on ibanez and jackson gtrs but tylers seem to have a unique ability to cover more tones which spans authentic vintage strat to modern shred.

I believe it. They look and sound great in the demos I've seen. There are unfortunately no Tyler dealers in my state, so I've only encountered them while traveling. I live in Ohio and it's kind of a gear desert out here as far as high end dealers go. The next time I see one, I will definitely give it a try.
