I'm awaiting those who have never written a hit song or have any name in the industry criticize his sound/tone etc... lulz
 
I'm going to guess all of us have heard a top musician play something that didn't sound that great to each of us. But I'm a huge Walsh fan and dug it and like the idea of an oldschool legend having no qualms using some much newer types of gear. 8)
 
Joe Walsh is a solid player with tons of feeling, tone, and his own style! Living legend...... :rock:

Exactly! He's the same way with amplifiers also. Where most of us are rocking only the finest 100+ watt stack amplifiers for home use, Joe has been seen on-stage playing into an Ibanez TS9 and a Fender Frontman DSP. :)

I always liked this song. Cool tones on this.

Tone is in the fingers, no matter what guitar.
