Just got a Reload, where is the USB socket?

The software on my Mac is asking me to connect to the Reload. Am I an idiot? I don't see USB interface on this device anywhere.

Thanks so much for getting in touch. Are you using Torpedo Remote? If so, you should be using Wall of Sound. I have provided a link to this below!
