Mark Morton from Lamb of God has amazing vibrato, hes a humble guitar player but it's even tho one thing he prides himself on, guy has killer free flowing vibrato...
I can name people that all have great vibratos as we all can. Personally for me though the one that affected my playing is Marty Friedman. My vibrato is quite similar as he was most of the reason I started playing. He just has a wicked wide vibrato!!

I'd like to go with dimebag, even though he's been mentioned he just has a super fluid vibrato, WIDE bends and he plays with a lot of feel and he throws in little "hick bends" in tons of his riffs that are very subtle. I did watch a YouTube video the other day of Doug aldrich demoing a Marshall Randy Rhoads signature that made me think to myself "wow, what a wicked vibrato" so I guess I'll put him in there too. There's really a ton of them though, SRV is one that comes to mind too. Even though I can't stand steve vai he's pretty renown for his wide bends
believe it or not for me its yngwie. that might be a shock coming from those that know me. and also stevie ray of course. i need to listen to stevie again, whenever i feel im losing some mojo or feel from my playing i crank him back on and remember where i came from
If I want to hear killer bending, Jerry Donahue of The Hellecasters is hard to beat. He does a lot of double string bending and bending behind the nut.
