Either that song or THC Groove (album version) is my fav Bulletboys track.

The lead singer does a KILLER version of "Falling in love" with George Lynch on guitars.
Guy has a great voice.

I believe Daisley not only had a hand in the lyrics, but much of the riffs and arrangements of all the best Ozzy stuff...he really seems to be Ozzy's best collaborator...too bad they can't seem to get along...

 This what I read as well.

This is why Ozzy and Sharon paid Trijillio (Metallica) and the Mike Bordin (Faith NO MOre) to re-reord bass and drums on one of the Ozzy Rhodes re-release albums so they didn't have to pay royalties to Daisley and whomever the drummer was (Not T Aldrige) that recorded them. They left Rhodes guitar tracks alone.

Something to this affect.
Well...the drummer was Lee Kerslake. Bob, Lee and Randy recorded both of Ozzy's first two albums. Bob would obviously work with Ozzy off and on for years...often ghost writing much of Ozzy's lyrics. Until the lawsuit...where Sharon and Oz, replaced Bob's and Lee's parts because they did not want to pay them performance royalties.

Honestly one of the biggest jokes off all time...as if people wouldn't notice...just to save some bucks. Actually like Jake said in an interview a few years back...suprised they haven't replaced Jake's parts.

As for the Bulletboys, they were formed from 2 different bands...remnants of King Cobra and Doug Marks band Hawk. Sweda wasn't the original guitar player, it was the lead singer of Hawk, guy named Charlie Wayne, who claims he wrote songs on the first album. That didn't work out and Sweda joined up writing most of the stuff for the Bulletboys first 3 albums.

Now you've got 3 differerent versions...Torien's Bulletboys which has had a plethoria of musicians through the years, another version with Vincent, Sweda and Jimmy D and yet another version based out of Nashville fronted by the Charlie Wayne guy who may or may not have written some of the songs on the first album...but did actually play guitar for one of Torien's version's of the band a few years ago.

Love the first 3 albums but really, somebody shoot this horse.

I saw them live back when smooth up just came out, opening for Kiss i believe. Didn't like them then or now. a little to high up on the glam chart for me.

I still listening to some of the Bullet boys stuff and have it on my ipod...

When I was younger and first starting out playing guitar.. I actually liked Sweda's stuff with King Kobra too
My guitar teacher was heavily into them and made me learn Ready To Strike as my 3rd song I ever played on guitar

I always liked Jake E. Lee's stuff he did with Badlands much better than the Ozzy stuff... He had a gnarly grind tone on that Badlands record.

probably some of the best raw Marshall tones on those Badlands releases.

When Jake played with WWIII he reached his artistic peak as a musician. I've never heard such beautiful music, especially with Mandy Lion's Undisputed vocal style......

I saw them when they toured together around '93-'94...Jake sounded great (ESP Strats and two 5150 stacks with some Boss pedals) but Mandy was perhaps the worst singer I ever had the displeasure of listening to. Unbelievably awful...not sure what Jake was thinking

I saw that horrible-ness.....Jake was terrible, like he had not picked up a guitar in a decade. He had 4 or 5 5150 stacks all cranked. He was louder than the pa. I left after 5 tunes, that was more than I could take....

You made it through 5 songs? Damm, i left at sound check. I really did since my girlfriend at the time was a bartender and i always got in the club for free. I was like, "this isn't Jake E Lee right" Couldn't believe what i was hearing and looking at. But i guess he was trying for a Rob Zombie thing which would have worked if done right.

I saw this show too, I think it was in New Albany, IN. There was about 20 people in the whole place. Jake was using the 5150's and his tone was horrible - off the stage and in the pa too. I'm a Jake fan, but this was not good. I'm glad he ended up with Badlands - that was some awesome stuff.

Yeah it was an hour and a half drive, thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they needed to warm up....didnt end up happening. Terrible

No it was horrible, horrible stuff. My old band actually opened for them...I was using 5150's at the time and my tone blew Jake's off the stage. Honestly though, he was so freakin loud that anything resembling tone was thrown out the window. I had a friend that worked the stage crew...he kept turning Mandy Lions fan off and on, I guess at the time we thought it was funny...'cause it was hotter than hell in that place.

Oddly enough I had seen Jake a few years before with Badlands at the same club...Enuff Z'nuff opened. Anyway this is when he was using his orange Marshall cabs onstage...and again...he was unbearably loud, just stupid loud. Funny thing about this show is that Jake and Eric Singer got into a shouting match onstage with each other. Eric wasn't around for the next album.
