Woa, does anyone have this? Not crazy about the look it ads but shit if it really helps with keeping it in tune I may have to try one.

This I'm sure would fix the problem. I was already thinking about doing a mod to my truss rod cover, adding two posts to it for the the G and D strings.
My truss rod cover on my LP is metal so should be very solid.

Got my FGN neon classic back from my tech (Grant guitars CA) and no tuning issues now plays like butter .
