Pretty sure Sir Elliott deserves a sticky. 9th level black belt in relaxation, 12th level black belt in cuteness and off the charts black belt in terms of family protection. “I pity the po foo who tries to assault this homestead”. I would hate for him to need to step up, but have no doubt he would. STUPIDLY strong and protective. When he’s fired up and running the perimeter, he looks like a 4-legged Dwayne Johnson on a steroid bender. I ❤️ this animal

Fanny. Not mine, but I dog sit several times a year for a friend. Extremely well behaved. She will not bark in my house unless the windows are open and the neighbors dogs are barking. When I have her tied up out front, she will not bark at strangers as they walk by. She walks up to them, and when they pet her, she drops her head almost to the ground lol. Bashful old girl.

Sir Elliott Buster Bear (aka “Elliott”, “Bubba”, “Bubs”, “Dude”, and others…). Big dogs have shorter lives ☹️. He's a big dog. He’s six and in great health right now, but we’ve always fed him healthy choices to do our part. He almost never gets human food scraps and his nightly snacky-snack is always fruits or vegetables. He LOVES his veggies. Snow peas, snap peas, green beans, broccoli. Especially broccoli. Broccoli makes him gassy 😆. He had broccoli last night - he got an apple tonight. Big dogs have big burns and big farts. Life lesson…

2 of my freeloaders....

The other 4 freeloaders are cats
Unfortunately, we lost Ms Mackenzie (the black/White one) around a month ago... Intestine Cancer...

Then outta nowhere, my wife found a little dude in need, so we drove 7 hours Tucson to Temecula to get home slice here:

Mr Lumi:

11 months old, found in a ditch in at about 4 months old South Korea with severe eye trauma Sept 2025.
They had to remove his eyes to save him. Post recovery he was flown to a huge Cocker Spaniel rescue in CA in Feb 2026.

We made it through the Rescue application gauntlet and got him 2 weeks ago..

He is keeping Bono (not named after the U2 fag) busy...

The big guy passed away on April 20. He loved to lick our grandkids and great grandkids feet...they'd laugh so much when he did that.

Sweetest dog God ever made and super protective of our family. Rest in peace, buddy. We'll all be together again one day.
