I've seen many unnecessary, snobby, and just plain disrespectful comments(posts) towards others, by Reza, attacking or demeaning them just because he has a different opinion. I didn't agree with dickrose either. And I would choose a Herbert over a vh4 or 5153. But I wouldn't start a thread just to prove it asking for everyone's opinion. Seems both kinda bullying and petty. He is as opinionated as you are. Big deal.

Well, I've owned a few VH4's because I REALLY wanted to like them...but didn't. Never played a 5153, but I still voted for it.

I would take a Herbert over the VH4, but don't really care for them either.

I'll take my Cherry Bomb over any of them.....

5150 sounds really good at home and recorded but I have to eq it very different than that to hear it it a live setting. It does sounds kind of fake and not organic but still fun. I still like it and the price and weight are great. I plugged into a VH4 at GC and it didnt really grab me. The real test for me is live and I would like to see where it lies in a band mix. I use a SLO live and it cuts and sounds great but at home low volume its not exactly what I want to hear and the 5150 is funner to play low at home. I would pick the VH4 out of curiosity
