Just a quick questions, I run two rigs at the min but I am trying to downsize for space. What would be the best way to use the axe fx 2 fx through my amp? I wouldn't be using the axe fx for amp tones just fx.

In the loop probably. Check the fractal manual. There might be send & return jacks on the unit or global settings optimized for use as an FX module. Sending from your amp's FX loop into the guitar input on the Fractal might not be the best way of setting it up.

It's on page 23 of the manual.
Says you can run from the amp's FX send into the 'Input 1 L' on the rear of the Fractal. Then out from the 'Output 1 L' into the amp's FX return.
