Alex is a friend of mine and a cool dude. He's just having fun with his gear and the Rockinchippy theme. Nothing wrong with it as long as he likes it.

Most "metal" guitarists look like homeless people that can't afford the bus token to get to the next liquor store (or meth dealer)

Playing 64th notes on double bass drums does not make your sludge band "metal"

Playing your guitar riff too loudly, with too much gain, in a syncopated rhythm with said 64th note double-bass drummer, to the point that no one can tell you're a step and a half away from the note you should be playing, doesn't make it "metal"

Calling your band "metal" doesn't make it so

I couldn't care much less about most "metal" bands

Oh Alex is a cool guy no doubt, but I am mostly dogging the people who are buying the T-shirts!!! You have to admit it is kind of corny. As Reza said. "This is a defense free zone"!!! It is all in good fun anyways!!!

I hate every note Joe Bonamassa plays.
The note selection, all the notes he plays just not resolving to anything, the ugly quirky phrasing like a 10 year old trying to play fast and that vibrato making even Kirk Hammet look the undisputed king of vibrato.
