He had some amp issues, but it's cool to hear him thru the Randall Thrasher... and he still sounds like classic GL.

I've seen some vids over the last 5 years or so where... let's just say it's good to see him playing like himself again, sounds great.

That amp has been on my radar for 3 years. I just can't get past the price for MIC. Not opposed to imports, I just think it should be priced more accordingly.

Love lynch. His guitar is out of tune! Amp sounds great!

Sounds fine
I do not get why he has to be such a diva
I read somewhere after this performance he stormed off would not do
Meet and greet would not sign anything
Esp rep even took him someone's guitar in the back to sign he refused
I get that it didn't sound 1000 per cent the way he wanted
Or maybe they strung his guitars with wrong guage string
But get over yourself man
The people that came to meet you were excited he behaved like a spoilt brat

Yeah, I agree. He can be grouchy! That's pretty bad if he refused to sign a guitar, that's really shameful!

He’s a pro. He knows you need to get the sound together BEFORE he starts.

Anyway, he’s got killer right hand attack! I love when he kills it.

By the way, with all the boutique and modded amps I’ve heard him play over the last 20 years or so, this is his best tone for me. Absolutely killer. That amp sounds incredible.

Doesn't deserve his fans. That’s some bs. Put your game face on, buddy.

He was a bit grumpy in ottawa too when his amp wasn't working due to fuse issues. Also, when asked for a pick I remember his reaction being that he only had one to last him five more shows and was a bit annoyed someone would want it. Buy 2000 picks before you go on your 25 club show tour or get them free from Dunlop in exchange for a one page pic in guitar magazine. Throw those out and make people happy. He has been playing great though. Give him that.

  He did the exact thing to me. Who knows, maybe he wanted me to beg.

That video is a lot better than him at the Morley booth.. holy shit that one was really bad.... his seymour duncan "hunter" pickup stuff was really bad too.. I dont understand whats going on with him

I figured some would bag on him... but anyway my point was to post his playing in less than perfect circumstances thru a less than optimal amp for his style. And he still rips and sounds like GL.

Haters gonna hate. Carry on.

For sure when he is on he still is special and for the most part I think he is playing great again. I think he sounds best with a marshall style amp, a ts808 and his phaser used sparingly.

Guess he tours with three picks?

Oh, behavior aside, he always delivers. Love his playing, love his style, and the amp sounds killer. Is it always the Randalls that give him fits, or what?? DAMN!

Man.

He's been really solid on the records recently, but live... Oh man.

I think Lynch is phenomenal but I'm actually starting to think that the Dokken issues were not all on Don's side like it has been made out to be all these years. Don't get me wrong, I think Don Dokken is most likely THE problem but just saying that Lynch has his issues too.

I think George spreads himself really thin sometimes and is in 100 different bands and probably loses focus or gets frustrated easy. Imagine dealing with a bunch of singers instead of just one. LOL! I think XVM is the best thing he did over the past few years but you figure he was juggling Dokken, XVM, Lynch Mob, the project with Michael Sweet and a bunch of other stuff.

BTW, I saw this the other day. Why does Dokken need Don again? :)

Honestly, during those reunion shows over a year ago, Jeff was the highlight. Dude was super into it with his playing, stage presence, and backing vocals. He also seemed like the only dude that was interested.

And I agree about KXM. The band is super killer. Sounds like Lynch had a chance to really flesh out, and seems like something he actually enjoys being in.

I agree about KXM as well. Best playing in years from him, (IMO, anyway). The new Lynch Mob was a snoozer for me. Thought it was weak.

ok , i choose 2015 with the fit over 2018 ,, that morley noodling was awful back to the hindu scale outside the box cacophony zone he goes off to every few years

Companies have to stop giving this man signature gear too IMO
