I wasn't expecting it to sound that heavy snd was pleasantly surprised! The first clip nailed thst early Green Day tone in my opinion.

I think it sounds awesome. Not a fan of thd blur tolex and think they will lose a lot of people on that. It is like showing up to a gig with an EVH Frankenstein guitar and everyone going, oh he thinks he sounds like him now.

Haha thanks man! That amp is the absolute best. I’ll never sell it. You’ll see me under a bridge homeless with it. Scariest most out of control amp I’ve ever heard. Like I said I need to capture it with NAM, I really do.

I wonder if Marshall is going to put this amp in the standard lineup eventually. It really does seem to be one of the amps people have been asking them to make for decades now, and everybody seems to love the tones in all the demos people are putting out. Take off Billie Joe's name and blue tolex and a grand from the price and Marshall might have a new standard on their hands.

Killer idea. It really is interesting to see how well this will sell. I guess the new term is it’s a “lifestyle” amp, and I’d imagine there will be plenty of rich dudes that will buy it just for nostalgia etc.

A little birdie told me there are a few pretty good sized vendors already close to selling out their allocations for these amps. Apparently they're more popular than you'd think a $4k single channel 100w amp with bright blue tolex would be.
