MC2 50w Clone Build

Sounds really nice! Great work.

I wonder if higher voltage PTs would get it spot on to a real Wizard. The MCI I had measured at 550v on the plates.....of course, not too many EL34s can handle that pummeling every day.

A member over at the Sloclone forum measured screen voltage on a couple new Wizards, a MC2 and MTL. They were running around 488vdc, I'm thinking Rick changed his specs on his PT's

Interesting. The one I had was a 2010.

Interesting. The one I had was a 2010.

Another member over there had a 2016 MC2 and 2012 MTL that have plate voltages around 520vdc
