Had the absolute honor of meeting Alan Phillips from Carol-Ann Amps on Friday at Austin Guitar House owned by the almighty and totally cool Oz Hofstatter. And, as a Brucey bonus, Alan is form the same magnificent island as I, even though he's from "up north"! 
I got the chance to check out his new Tucana, but alas not apple of my eye, the Triptik. Y'all know his shit is legit and his amps need to played on if you ever get the chance.
Alan is an awesome guy, great to chat with and has excellent knowledge. He also happens to have cool mates like our very own Peter Diezel...
