I’d like to be a fly on the wall when they’re going for tones and how that ends up working out. I figured at this point they just split out of a few different amps then let Fidelman pick what he thinks works for the song while the guys give a thumbs up or down. It seems like the Black Album burned them out on going down rabbit holes with production stuff and they have zero interest in going down that road again.
