Guys neeeed some mojo.

My kitten...well cat, Odin, he's about a year old didnt come down stairs this morning for his treats like he ALWAYS does, every morning without fail, he's my alarm clock...I go upstairs and he looks straight up sick...he had some vomit on his mouth and there was puke everywhere...long story short, he swallowed half of a draw string from a pair of my shorts and I just brought him in for emergency surgery...Im waiting on the call to see if he's goanna be ok...

update:

Emergency Vet called...apparently the drawstring was wrapped around his small intestine pretty good, he was dehydrated and just overall in bad shape. Surgery went well, and he pulled through....I get to go get him tomorrow.

Ill get a pic of him up here when he's home.

glad you and Odin are back together safe and sound.

i lost cali, my calico last year. she didnt come home after 4 days which was rare. she always came when she was called. and on the 5th day when i was up early for school i found her in my back yard.

i made a grave for her, have no idea how she passed away. but the worst part is i went to see her grave in the woods and it had been grave-robbed

pets mean alot to us. i dont know if i can ever own another kitty because she would always do things no other cat has in my previous years.

i wish more awsome memories for both of you, and a very quick recovery for Odin from his stringy situation

Sorry to hear about Cali...Pets mean more than ya think sometimes...ya know. Im glad he'll be back soon..Hopefully he'll be up for some fetch...yep you heard it right, he plays fetch with a little foam ball and he loves it hahaha

thanks for the kind words. she was a little older at 10 years old so i have alot of good memories.

usually i was the one that fetched with her lol.

strings, feathers, toys from under the couch..
