Was trying to remember when someone was jacked up on pain meds and alcohol and remembered this trainwreck:

LOL - you can hear someone in the crowd ask- where the fuck is he going? I think they launched into You're in Love just to shut him up.....and then @7:42 - YOU SUCK!

Jordan is a killer player though  look at his face as Pearcy hobbles off the stage at the end.

Recent interview with Don Dokken.

https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/ge ... again.html

"That didn't work out too good. I'm OK, you know, I'm hiking every day on my property with the dogs, trying to build my leg strength because it affected my legs, my hips, my back... "They really went to town on me, I got 13 screws and two steel plates in my spine now. It had to be done, I had no choice, and I'm not happy about it, and I was really hoping that everything would've worked out OK. "But it didn't. I went to the best doctors, and it was a couple of surgeons who said, 'We don't want to do it.' 'But you're a spine surgeon.' 'Yeah, but yours is tricky, man, we don't feel comfortable. You need to go to a specialist.' "We found a specialist in LA and he was supposed to be 'the' guy. And the joke is, I remember going to surgery and my kids were there and the last thing I said to the guy was, 'Just do my a favor; don't paralyze me, alright? "Aand I came out with my right side paralyzed... That's the way it goes. My right hand is still dead, and my arm - I can lift it now, so there's a little bit of progress. I can wiggle my fingers a little bit, I can lift my arm up. "But the bummer is - I'm right-handed. You never realize how you take things for granted like holding a fork or signing your name, picking up the pen, wiping your bottom; all of a sudden, you can't do any of that."

There is an embedded Soundcloud link to the entire interview. Now I feel sorry for the guy. If that surgery affected his singing, then that's that.

I was fortunate enough to see the original Band Dokken first time in 1987. Fucking killed it. A total of 4 times also with Reb Beach.

It hurts to see my idols age and abuse their selves.

Time is friend to no one. Remember that.

Best Regards, David

LOL! Yeah, Juan is thanking everyone like a wife leaving a party with her drunk husband. The really wide opened eyes, etc.

I don't wanna rag too much on Lynch but he has all this time to be socially conscious about how his band name Lynch Mob affects minorities but no time to think about social distancing?? Technically covid will affect more people than so called racism will.

Don is a wasted joke, people really shouldn't be supporting this mess.

Lynch's tone is the big winner here. Less gain than the old days but he squeezes every inch out of it. Single coils no less. His timing was a bit off but with those vocals, doesn't really matter what you mess around with live..it all sounds better than the guy singing. He does play behind the beat and play catch-up a lot though. He had always sort of done that a bit live but now it does sound like he is not in time in spots. He always has to rush the end of every phrase. Still fun to listen to though.

His tone is killer on one of the KXM albums I have. Such an underrated moment for Lynch and a lot of people probably have never heard it. He has some great playing, stays within the construct of the song and lets it breathe, but then lights it up!

He'll always be a killer player. I just think he is getting such a clean tone that eventually his solos will be on an acoustic. LOL
