Apparently VH cancelled their Hershey Park show three hours before showtime due to DLR having the flu. Their Facebook page is blowing up with pissed off fans who went to the park for the day/weekend and booked rooms. I had 11th row tickets I paid 165 each for the day they went on sale and couldn't go, I could not sell them for half price or even give them away. They were going for 60 bucks on Stubhub, some say slow ticket sales caused them to pull the plug, others say there was a blowout between EVH and DLR. I get my tickets fully refunded that I otherwise would have eaten so I am happy.

Man that would suck! I really do want these guys to be successful! :aww:

Dang. Sorry for the fans.

They are supposed to play a local venue next month, I didn't bother because they didn't make it through the last tour. :(

Hey it's one missed show.......almost every show on this tour has had great reviews.

First, let me say that I FEEL for the Hershey fans...that really blows...

I'm hoping they waited until the last minute to see if DLR could do the show...but NOTHING would surprise me anymore with this band.

There was a rumor going around the Hartford show that they only sold 5,000 seats...BUT the place was packed so I don't believe the poor ticket sales thing. I COULD believe these guys not getting along.

Damn you guys are quick to judge

Any of you guys ever have the flu??....and any of you try and perform a show while throwing up and shitting your brains out?? :bleh:

Let's just see what happens before we go to the extreme here

To the OP I feel bad for you. I saw them early this month and was blown away. And I'm the biggest critique in the world

Im with LTK. I saw them in Cleveland and it was packed and I had a great time.

The sky ISN'T falling!? ;)

It's VH, so anything is possible   but one show? I'm still hopeful :D

I saw them in NJ a few weeks ago. I had tickets for Hershey but could not make it so I'm glad because I get a full refund.

I got screwed at the Hershey show. Drove 2 1/2 hours and found out when I pull up to the venue. Seventh row tickets. They played a show two days later and by the YouTube videos, Roth looked like his "usual" self.

Where is the concern for DLR's well being? At his age, the flu could be fatal!

Hmmmmm...... does this effect the value of my Evh Stealth
Good luck. I'm still waiting for my black Pat. Pending Peavey to be worth something. Literally see the same guitar going for what I paid in 1997. And mines mint. Guess at least it's not losing value. And I'm starting to bond with my USA Stealth finally. Still prefer my tobacco Peavey. But it's not the landslide it used to be.

Awe, poor little bald headed Dave didn't have the ball to go to the nearest CVS pharmacy to get a complimentary flu shot.

Poor little Dave . . . get well soon you washed up rag doll.

Oh, whoa, whoa, Davee-Lee's crying...
Now Davee's had the flu before, and he know's what sales are for,
But he needs, he needs a lil' more,
Than small crowd show-oh-whoas....
