In Texas, people are celebrating that they can vote to ban sharia law and is being hailed as a victory. Too little too late in my opinion considering there are like 350 or so mosques already in the state, many of which are expanding, and one of Greg Abbott's largest donors is a pakistani muslim. The fact that it even needs to be voted on is bizarre considering sharia law is by default unconstitutional.

Then again politicians are constantly passing laws that directly contradict the constitution anyways.
