It seems like private equity would like all transactions to go through Amazon.

It was a brilliant strategy for the private equity...unless laws were changed afterwards, I'm surprised it's not happening more frequently.

I haven't heard or been watching; I've been focused on AI, tech infrastructure, buying the downturns the last few months. These may continue to go down before the next recovery and boom. It's tough to time the market, but not difficult to find bargains.
