i'll try to throw that in on my next vid,in a week or so.gonna do a HBE/SAT switch "ultra-gain" clip,but i'll do a short segment on the BE & BE/SAT modes featuring some big,open chords for ya... :thumbsup:
 
Just watched the video again. It still sounds KILLER! I have to buy a Marsha or have Dave mod a Marshall for me. Maybe I'll use my student loans :D
 
So, I am not the only "victim" of R-T. Does the head at the top/left look vaguely familiar? I think so. Had to go with purple chickenheads though - I couldn't tell what the settings were in low light with the skulls for knobs! These days - mostly - I run four heads (Friedman KS/Cameron/Wigle Purplexi; "steve_k" CCV; Friedman KS/Bray 100W "Marsha"; Bray Mod I 100W SL re-issue;) into four, sometimes eight, cabinets. All with Rivera Rock Crusher attenuation. I have four more heads, but I need to run a 15 amp drop to my rig just to run all eight heads! I'm blowin' breakers over here! So the '78 Friedman KS 100W JMP, Friedman KS/Whitman 100W SL clone, no-name 12xxx 100W SL clone, and BFG Marshall 100W JCM clone sorta just sit - for now. But not for long.

When I turn everything on, the lights dim in my neighbor's house . . .

looks good with the purple knobs, glad you like it, it is a killer amp for sure :thumbsup: :rock:

Freaky. Back when I just got into looking at modded Friedman and modded Marshalls in general, that purple head was the first one I saw and heard. I checked out other videos, but I always thought that purple one had a certain something a little different from the others that I really liked. Must be purple mojo. My Budda's got some of that too. :D

If there's ever another ampfest at Paul's house, this amp MUST attend!

Alright ya'all!!!!!!! If you are gonna have an amp party? Please let your neighbor from the north here in on it :thumbsup: ! I will haul down my 2012 Q Rod and (when I get it back) my 59 slp reish modded to the hilt by FJA!!!!
