It has 4 seams on the top.
15 is engraved on the bottom.
14mm plates.
Round thick halo
All the paint is missing.

Matsushita or Siemens. Need more pics.

If it has two posts connecting the ring getter then Siemens. If it has one post for the ring getter Matsushita.

Most likely Siemens from what I can see.

That's a Siemens ECC83 from early to mid 60s.

If you look on the bottom of the tube near the mica there might also be be 6 digits barely visible etched into the glass. 3 on a line. The second line will have an equal sign with a line through it.
