@RedPlated did an amazing job with this one. I've had quite a few amps pass through my hands in the last year and this thing is at the top of the pile.
Only got it a few hours ago & have just put about 40 or so minutes into it. Very low noise floor, very articulate but is flexible enough to get hairy & as dirty as you need it to.
The Ultraplex is awesome.
Will post back once I've had some more time with it the next couple of days.
I haven't yet tested the loop.

Love the Hellion! Those amps make me grin ear to ear when I fire them up. Cant wait to try the V3!
How bad is the power near you that you need a Kikisui. Thats some high quality hospital grade voltage regulation, nice!

The V3 is quite something and that Ultraplex channel is just right.
The power is actually quite good here (new house & greenfields area) but I've had an odd issue with a loaner amp recently (an older Uberschall) where a Wima cap burned out with the amp just idling so I went ahead and got the Kikusui mostly as an insurance policy / peace of mind kind of thing if I can put it that way.

Also got the Kikusui all wired up and tested today; such a useful tool to have - allows both voltage and frequency to be dialed in which is crazy cool:

Played with my metallica jam last night. I was on hell razor, the other was on hellion v3. His words were, its the best sound i've ever heard.

That's really not an understatement - I've tried not to go full fanboy and get over the honeymoon period but given all the amps I've had my hands on recently, this one's really #1.
