Be very specific with him and I bet he can help you. Could be just a bad connection from one of the ribbon cable inside. Did you take the chassis out of the headshell and do a visual inspection??
No I haven't taken the chassis out yet, was just trying to put the back mesh power tube cover on and peavey sent me 6 screws with the washers already on the screws and the screws wouldn't screw in all the way? There's only 4 holes for the rear power tube cover, peavey didn't give me the screws for the preamp tubes cover plate, thats what I thought those 6 screws were for but they're too big around
