I played the 60 watt one long time ago. Did not like it a bit.

The 100W Fireball is completely redesigned compared to the old 60W. The PT/OT are much bigger and the overall voicing is darker, with a huge amount of gain on tap... as you've noticed. Really good simple plug-n-play flamethrower. A simple and effective machine.

Yeah I bought one brand new when they first came out. After about a month I traded it off like a dumb ass.
Always wanting to check out new amps cam get addicting.

There's a used Fireball II at a Guitar Center that's been there forever. I checked it out and jammed on it for a while. Pretty bad ass.

Yeah they really jump to life when you play em. Not sure if that makes sense.
But super responsive. Love it.

I like the attack that they have. I play a lot of speed and thrash metal so when you crank the tubes of a Fireball it spits out speed picking on single notes and scales with a little more grit than your usual amp in its class. If that makes sense.
