Need opinions. Pickguard or no pickguard?

Think I'm going to order a Chubtone Super Strat.

White (slight aged finish), 1 Humbucker, 1 Single coil but cannot decide to go without a pickguard or go with a white pearloid pickguard. I'm torn.

Opinions needed. Thanks.

I like pickguards personally. I'd go with tortoise shell with a white finish, though.

Whenever I've been in this position, I create a quick photo mock-of the 2 (or more) options I'm stuck on. Even if you only have very basic photo editing skills, rough mock-ups usually still help.

Seeing them side-by-side visually should tell you in your heart what to do.

Yeah already done that. I just get seriously stuck. I tend to lean towards no pickguard then I see something like the Charvel Super Stock Limited Edition SC1 and I think I want something a little more old school. Since I'll be ordering/waiting for a bit, that's the hang up lol. Thanks though.

For strat shapes, like Fenders and Charvels, I prefer with pickguard. For sharper superstrat shapes, like RGs or Dinkys, I could go either way. Just my opinion.
