Need some help identifying a Diezel Cab...it starts again...

Okay, here's some pics. I don't think the guy has any idea what he has as far as if it's front or rear loaded. Do you guys have any idea?!?! All I can make out is that it's a newer one and it's in pretty good shape. I think it says it's got a few scuffs but nothing major. 750 bucks good deal?!?!?!?
