I think I sniped the only one to get posted to the online store today. I'm stoked even though there are rumors of new hardware being released soon (check out the Fractal forum Countdown thread for all the crazy speculation).

Yeah, I'm a bit of a dick; I had two shopping carts open in two different browsers just because the stupid Yahoo store was pooping out in Chrome. I've been clicking that stupid Add to Cart button like a fiend the past three days...

This is pure conjecture based on a post from a Euro customer who's on the G66 waiting list. They called G66 for an update and G66 said they hadn't taken any stock for three months because of something new on the horizon. Now, this has NOT been verified by Fractal, so I would take it with a grain of salt.

Welcome to the club. Be prepared to tweak, i find it takes patience and tweaking to really dial it in . Axe edit is killer too , be sure to try it out.

That's my guess, too. Releasing an even more powerful unit when you're at the height of demand for the Standard and Ultra wouldn't be a very good business move, IMHO. On the other hand, bringing out something that can compete with the Eleven Rack price-wise would be a killer business move.

Tweaking isn't a problem; I look forward to it! One of the reasons I went to the Axe from an HD500 is because I wanted more deep editing options (and a fjorkin' modeled master volume!). Being able to mess with the bias, B+, swap tone stacks, etc. The HD quickly became limited and I felt like there were a lot of undesirable sounds I couldn't dial out.
