Man, I have the money but my check won't be in the bank till Monday :( Good chunk of my check but I'd sure as heck do it, I need a good amp again, hate money.

You got 7 days unless it sells out before Monday which I highly doubt.

how about 350 tickets at $10. :D

I don't think anyone would pass that up. There are over 9,000 members here alone then count all the other guitar forums as they get word of it. I'd be willing to bet the odds of 350 people risking $10 on a $3500 amp are greater than 35 willing to risk $100 even with better odds of winning.

Plus this actually opens it up to some young kid who would really cherish the amp that he would never be able to afford otherwise.

Now that is cooler!

I'd throw out 10 bucks, but 100 seems a little steep...

ouch, looks like what I am doing here is not legal. So far I can sell all I can make so this was not some grand plan to sell one extra amp. It was really trying to get a amp into the hands of a guy who might not be able to afford it otherwise.

My ignorance but not intentional, not going to work.

Sorry Guys. Anybody who sent in a entry will be refunded now.

DANG! Is there a way to make it legal? What if you, say "bought" the amp, then raffled it or gave part of it to a charity?

THAT'S GREAT!!!

refunds sent. Intentions good, execution bad.

Yeah, I was going to auction off my 'vette once. Considered gambling by the great state of California. Wish I was Native American then I could do whatever I want.

no thats what it is until the builder says it`s not and everyone believes it. I can buy all the parts to build a 100 watt plexi at wholesale prices for less than 600

As someone who is bringing an amp to market himself, I can guarantee you that you are wrong in the case of this amp and most other channel switchers. The transformers in the CCV are more than $500 in bulk. There is no way the parts of a CCV or my amp can be bought for anywhere near a grand. Nice try though...

everyone who says this bust me up. If that was true, and it's that easy, everyone should start their own amp line.

Wow.. how is that not legal.. considered online gambling?
