Not to patronize you...but...that clip sound great. Has a new metal tone to it, yet has a vintage tone as well.![]()

You'll have to find the thread on HC with pics, but I think that is a 50 (or so) watt version. I only saw two EL34's.

I've got the modern/vintage hybrid thing covered with my Wizard. Mastodon is cool, but they always have a sludgy late 70s stoner rock tone. They're playing metal with a hard rock tone which is fine, but far removed from what I consider to be a metal tone (enhanced pick transients, super tight low end, grinding non fuzzy high end, lots of saturation, etc).
