Seriously though, awesome guitar! I have never personally seen a gold one and like others have mentioned it looks absolutely badass!

For some reason I'm feeling swayed toward the teardrop pickguards more than the typical ones on the SGs lately. I always had the bigger one on my guitars but lately I've been wanting the other. I guess I gotta go SG hunting like the rest of you jerks.

I seriously fell in love when I saw this guitar and was willing to sell a kidney to get it. Something about this Gold Bullion that really got to me. It’s like classy or someshit. Don’t know but it seems really legit. I’ve never been a fan of gold hardware but this guitar makes it work for me.

The teardrop pickgaurd doesn’t work for me. It’s weird as hell. I hate the way the pickup ring contacts my palm. Very strange, I know, but the Big pickgaurd with no pickup ring feels correct to me. I have a ‘17 with the teardrop and I’m converting it to the batwing or whatever the fuck it’s called. Works for me. I have issues but I know what I like. I have been a superstrat guy all my life and then the SG comes along and changes my life, as I know it. I want them all.
