First Ibanez with some aesthetic choices I've liked in a long time. But man, I cannot deal with whatever tone and playing style this is anymore. I hated it the first time I heard it and as soon as I hear it I turn off. It makes me hate.

How do people like this sound and want to copy and replicate? Is this just me becoming an old man? Because it just doesn't sound good to me at all in anyway.

There's a lot wrong with this...I don't really like ibanez/dimarzio generally...but the inlays look stupid ( the shark tooth is the only manly way to go outside of a maple neck)

The music is the same beta shit....and Vai is to blame for all this. Again I don't necessarily dislike him, but he's a weirdo, and that begets more weirdos...

i have an explorer, a strat, and a boogie mark IV. i love my iconic, tried and true shit, that is all 20+ years old, and i stay in that lane. One of my oldest pals, went in the other direction with it, and he plays these slanty 48 string guitars and can play like these guys. We can respectfully co-exist...it'll be alright.
