Yeah, the ones I've seen have some mistakes. From what I've been able to ascertain, they are pretty close, and if you know your way around high gain circuits it should be pretty easy to figure out.

I couldn't find any other metal playing examples, dude is about hard rock and hair metal but I would love to. This tone was so good. Dude never went digital, he's always with his modded Plexi. Also appears to be unique and mysterious like Gary Holt's, Wayne Charvel and the other guy cloned his Langner without any good results, they measured everything twice and still couldn't reach the original amp's tone. Very strange things happen in the amps world.

Is it? Thread pops up, people don't notice the date and start replying to posts they don't realize are 15 years old, from members who might not have posted in 10 years expecting an answer, etc.

Maybe any thread with any post in its last page or two being over year old needs to have a warning at the top of the page or something.

Ah yeah, sure. It's just I don't see the new threads about Langners and I wanted to add some material to this old thread for people who're still interested in this topic. That playing was crushing.
