Yes, I know, it’s blacked salmon. Again. But, it’s delicious, healthy, photogenic and the BPE loves munching on the raw side dish. See following post…

Well, shit… How do I add a video of the Best Puppy Ever eating broccoli 🥦? You know you want to see it 😆

I've had good luck so far with imgur.com :dunno:

My only complaint is that I can't seem to rearrange or organize anything. They are all just timeline based. If anyone has a better solution let me know.

To keep it on topic, here is one of my stock salmon pics

So here is last weekend. More cabin food.

For one we got a 'portable' Blackstone for the cabin. Friday night we did steak, shrimp, baby red potatoes and the broccoli I mentioned. The later two were actually on the Weber. That was basically her meal. Not the best picture.

The other night was mine and I did pork steaks with Weber Kickin' Chicken spice rub, squaw corn in a can, and mashed potatoes (instant) but added cheddar-parmesan cheese on top. The picture is somewhat pre cooking. I seared the pork steaks and whipped up the mashed potatoes first. Then, everything went on the Weber at same time.

Looks delicious! How do you like the portable Blackstone? Love those little potatoes too. I find they're much easier to co-ordinate the timing of cooking other food than a full sized potato. I get it about the instant because I cheat a lot on the sides. Mostly a time thing but could use a few more recipes in the repertoire.

It is not officially a Blackstone but super close on quality etc. I don't remember the brand. It is maybe 48" x 30". It didn't come with a lid, so we bought a lid that fits fine. We don't have a lot of flat surface areas outside at the cabin but this fits perfectly in several key places. She likes Blackstones more than I do. We have a big one at home. I just don't like all the clean up/prep - but the cooking ease and taste are great

Agreed on the baby potatoes. Can be cooked lots of ways much more quickly.
