Mark, best of luck to you.

Make sure to ask your neurologist about Deep Brain Stimulation (the company I work for is the leader on the market in this area).
I have seen people in very bad shape get in control of their life thanks to that device.

It may help out tremendously once you start facing symptoms.
best of luck to any and all of you fighting one of the most difficult lives.

Please also make sure to get properly tested (which I hope you did).

Sometimes practitioners with less experience diagnose people with Parkinson's although what the patient is really struggling with is a disorder called 'essential tremor'. In my country there's quite many misdiagnosed patients on parkinsons meds who should be on different medication rather.
