Also it’s worth noting there’s a good chance using an online payment plan choosing gift when it’s a goods and service could legally be tax evasion and a federally traceable offense.

PayPal and Venmo aren’t the only ones included in the new law. You’ll have a 1099-K from your bank as well as they will be required to report any transactions greater than $600.
