I am curious how many people feel the same as me.

Conversely, I am curious how many people like the dipshit.

I have been here for a good amount of time and shittville dan and @The~Kid are the two worst forum members I have ever encountered. Shitville at least had the good grace to move the fuck on.

I am not trying to convince anyone of anything, just generally interested in people's thoughts.

If this is moved to offtopic, I will leave the forum for good.

I have very little patience for a certain level of ignorance. I especially hated when i first got on forums and there were people that would meet questions about gear with "forum knowledge" which was actually shit repeated over and over by people that couldn't play their gear, couldn't dial in an amp, and had no real experience with that gear in the first place.

Since I have been on rig-talk, we have forced most of those guys out. I am just trying to keep this place good and not turn into the gear page

It's even worse than this. He will completely dismiss the words of industry representatives and leaders and continually perpetuate bad "forum knowledge" that is provably wrong. The unfortunate consequence is a new member who's new to gear unknowingly taking him at his word. Then their gear journey will be screwed right from the start.

The point is this fucking dipshit is dispensing advice to unsuspecting NEW GUYS WITH LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY'RE INQUIRING ABOUT, and he doesn't have a fucking clue what the fuck he's talking about.
