This thread is about the JP2C+, and you guys chime in about your MKV or MKV 25. The inference anyone would make is that you are comparing your amp to a 2C+. No one thinks they compare to a real 2C+. And if they do, they're clearly in the minority. Or haven't ever played one.

Well, Suhrimetal said JP made the MK V 25 sound great. And then most who bought it seemed disappointed. Someone slagged him, and I pointed out that he said most. Which doesn't include everyone. Since this is a thread about 2C+ past and present JP2C+, I pointed out that most posts/reviews I've read about the MkV and V25 say the 2C+ mode isn't very close at all to the real thing. That doesn't equal me criticizing the amp. No need to get butthurt about your amps. The consensus is they don't measure up to a real 2C+. It doesn't have to. Its a Mk V not a Mk2C+ reissue. All good.
