I did not even think of that...... Heading to Costco now to buy in bulk.
 
Ok, the "idiot" comment was a little harsh..I'm sorry. I just get angry that men still aren't taking men's facial hair care seriously! It's 2016 people! Dan, highlights would severely dry out the follicles!
 
I believe Petrucci is also coming out with a signature series rogaine infused beard brush. Details at summer NAMM......

Just got back from Costco...... Like a idiot I bought way to much of everything. So everyone is invited over for bulk beer drinking.

As soon as I saw that transformer I was more than interested. You need a big tranny to get the big bottom. Dan has posted some interesting tranny photos over the years.....

I'm not huge on Dream Theatre but man Petrucci always knows how to spec out his gear. My main player right now is an EBMM JPX with a rosewood neck and I'm using JP sig picks even though I don't own a single DT album. This amp is looking great too. ....

Lol Petrucci is so full of shit. First, it's not the same transformer. Mesa is no longer using Schumachers and they are certainly not using original run 105 transformers here. The original 105s never had a 16 ohm tap, unlike the transformer here. I also find it really hard to be believe they are using hand traced circuit boards here, since they haven't done so since the IIC+ itself. Also, odd how he can say it's an exact reissue when it's missing a shit load of the push/pulls from the original.

He should just stick to hawking the Cab Clone - tell us again how amazing of a product that is Johnny.

My conclucion, based on your posts here, is that Petrucci is not the one full of shit.
