POT help

Got your attention? I'm trying to rehab a Diamond Hammersmith amp. And the effects level pot is toast. I can kinda make out the numbers on the alpha pot but nothing comes up when I search for that string of characters. Anyone point me in the right direction to find the right pot to pop in this beast?

I have it as: alpha 3rp/161onqd5 a1m
