Powered PA Speakers on a budget???

Need some Powered PA Speakers for band rehearsals. Mainly for vocals and backing tracks. What is everyone using around here? I don't want to drop a ton of money on them. Hoping to grab a set for around the $500 mark.

We have some of these in the rehearsal space. They sound thin compared to my QSC's ( ) but are perfectly fine for practices...

Cool. Yeah I know for the price range I am going to lose a bit of quality, but for what we are using them for I'd rather just get something that gets us by. I'm the singer and I have nice in ears. So doesn't bother me haha

check out the samson auro line. They are actually half way decent for the money, i sell alot of them.

I am happy with my Mackie SRM450 v1's (2 of them) and SRM350 v2 (1 of them).. haven't let me down so far, but may be out of your budget..
