I too went under the knife a while back for ulnar nerve transposition surgery due to cubital tunnel syndrome.
Basically the passageway that houses my ulnar nerve (funny bone) was irritating the hell out of the sheath that surrounds the nerve. So they take the nerve out of the elbow and relocate it under the skin. A little exciting when that nerve gets bumped
