Pre-AMP tubes Diezel VH4

Hello all,

I tried to find out, which preamp tubes are used in my Diezel VH4 and I found some contrary answers.

Sometimes I've read that 12AX7A are used for all stages in the pre-amp. Sometimes I've read that 12AT7 are used for the phaseshifter.

Obviously, in my second-hand amp different types of tubes are used. But they do not seem to be original. I found both TT and TAD selected tubes, all 12AX7 and 7025 and ECC83.

Could somebody give me a suggestion for a set of tubes, that I can buy at tubeampdoctor or tube town? Or somewhere else?

By the way: I went to a professional guy who changed my tubes. He used 7 times "Tung−Sol (RU) 12AX7". They definitively sound different. The channel1 is ok, channel2 ??? and channel 3 and 4 suffer from too less gain. Addionally, it is necessary to increase the volume of all channels and the master volume?

No more suggestions for the EL34BHT? Right after I got all my Diezels loaded with them.

The BHTs are fine tubes, very reliable and proven. The new BGs sound better in our opinion and are a brand new tube type.
