Pulled the trigger on a Peters

After talking with James Peters (cool motherfucker by the way) we agreed on the Hydra. He also recommended the aggression mod, so going with that. I have not heard one bad thing about the amps. Have around a 5 week lead time. I have not been this excited in a while, can't wait. Peters owners feel free to chime in.

HeHe, thanks for the love. I was really on the fence between Hydra and Chimera. Since I use a sub in my rig, I like to bring a shit ton of mids. James thought the upper mids are a bit more pronounced or maybe he said mids in general. Either way. I play mostly thrash. Have an original thrash band going right now and am hoping the Hydra is the ticket. What style u play?

I have decided ill definitely talk to him before ordering especially since it seems alot of people wind up changing their plans after they do. Thanks for the input!

oh man thats awesome. my guitar playing roots are in thrash and old school death metal, well in the last 5 years ive gone to doom and sludge via loose ass fuzz pedals. i saw a peters at guitar center used (someones a dumbass in AZ) and i had to play it. i tell you what those 220 BPM gallops and old slayer riffs came back pretty quickly while i was playin that amp. that amp completly fucking rocked. nice tight and really fucking toneful. and simple to use
