Reamping a IIC+, Triple Rec, 2203KK and a Bassman just for the hell of it.

Recto all the way for me / 2C+ second - I didn't' care for the other 2

From my seat I still prefer the C+ on the mic and the Bassman least. However, in the live band it's actually the opposite- the C+ is my least favorite and the Bassman sits the best. Wild.

I'm starting to trust the mic a lot more than my ears these days. The ears are the most inconsistent part of any rig! haha

IIC+ sounded best to me with the triple a close 2nd. Didn’t care for the other 2 ( bassman was last for me). I would’ve probably preferred a different boost fwiw or maybe without. If it were a Rev C or D I possibly may have chosen it over the IIC+

C+,Recto,KK,Fender
Recto could win with more presence.
KK needs more gain/girth
BM has a nasally thing going on. Maybe try a different boost?

IIC+ and the recto. How are you liking the triple G?
I love the triple G, it's MUCH tighter than the dual. I always kind of regretted selling my other one (even though @RaceU4her gave it a great home) so I finally grabbed another one after I finished my rounds with the Fs and Cs. After having 14 Rectos, there's "that 90s sound" that the Gs do that the other ones, including the cool kids ones, just don't do.

C+ as a whole, although there were some parts where I actually liked the bassman a bit more, surprised by that idk why

In the room my Rev C gave the C+ a run for its money. ...But on the mic and on the stage, the difference in any Recto is subtle. I'd still call it a close second.

Except for the IIC+, the rest of the amps sound like they have some phase issue.
Am I missing something?

I'm getting that Kerry King in your face mids with the KK 800. (y)

im glad you got another one. if i had to narrow it down to one amp it would be the triple G, especially with the chiron. just killer.

I’d take a rev c over a IIc+, but different strokes for different folks!
