DC 5 or 10 is a great way to go if you want to jump into a Boogie on the cheap.
The first channel alone is worth the coin.

Dude...who are you??? Not sure why your are discussing popping footswitches. The 4 mesas I owned never had that issue. Maybe a tech is in your future????
No problem, man. I'm actually wanting a Roadster, lol. A boosted Rectifier is probably the heaviest guitar sound known to man.1meanplexi":16cger4z said:tstern66":16cger4z said:Sorry I offended you. Sorry to come off that way...I do apologize, it is an open forum for those to post what they want. I hope the "popping" issues you have get resolved.!

Luckily the manual has Petrucci's settings so I hope I can get some instant gratification and not be frustrated if I pull the trigger as Inplan on doing in the next few days.
A stiletto can be had for $850 used and they cover a lot of ground. I played a Dual Rec for 8 years and it is very versatile if you use the mode switches on the channels and find what you are looking for. I've thought about picking a DR up again myself. I did not like the Single Rec so much though but they can be had for cheap too.
