Reload 2 tails

Hey all!
So I finally pulled the trigger on a Reload 2 over the weekend. Been messing with it for two days.
There's this weird tail on the decay of notes – like a strange ring or hiss. All knobs are set right, pretty straightforward.
Running it into a Marshall Super Lead 1959 and a Mesa 412 cab. No idea how to track that sound. Anyone run into this before and sorted it out?

Cheers!

Thanks for getting in touch. That's certainly not behaviour we'd expect from Reload II, so I'd like to get a clearer picture of the complete setup and signal chain to see where the ringing/hiss on the note decay might be coming from.

Could you confirm exactly how everything is connected, from the guitar through to the Marshall, Reload II and Mesa 4x12, including which inputs/outputs you're using on Reload II?

Also, do you currently have any pedals or other effects connected to Reload II's FX loop? If so, please let me know exactly what's connected and how it's being powered.

Once I have the complete connectivity and details of everything in the signal chain, we can start narrowing down what's causing the behaviour.

Cheers,

Ross
